We

network

differently

Connect was created by three Tucson business owners who wanted to bring a new concept to networking.

Bobbi Still, Affinity for Design, co-founder says,

“I wanted to belong to a networking group devoted to helping my company grow with other like-minded business owners. I visualized a networking atmosphere where individuals were being supported, not tracked for their performance in growing the group. That is why I am proud to say, Connect does not have a membership fee, rather, a marketing fee dedicated to marketing your business to others.”

I believe that an impactful agenda focused on relevant business topics and quality activities will attract other like-minded business owners. Together we will learn and grow!

Our last meeting

Johnny Wyatt, CEO of The J3 Effect

Mara Concordia discussed how to keep your business discussion going in the RIGHT way and make networking more beneficial! We learned various ways to avoid shutting down a conversation! By agreeing and adding to the conversation, it furthers conversation.

Some of the things we walked away knowing more about:

  • Don’t shut the conversation down by saying no.
  • Don’t get defensive, learn how to add to agree with the no and add to it.
  • Establish rapport before selling.
